Parking to determine which parking location is closest to your destination. Wheelchairs For access to the Visitor’s Center and all gallery spaces, a wheel chair lift is located in Building C, which is accessible through the Snug Harbor Ranger's office in Shinbone Alley. Please refer to the Snug Harbor Cultural Center Site Map.
Most paths on the Snug Harbor campus are wheelchair accessible. Because of the unique nature of our facility, which includes the Staten Island Botanical Garden, portions of the Cultural Center may be inaccessible due to rocky, muddy, and/or narrow paths. For information about accessible pathways in the gardens, please visit the Staten Island Botanical Garden website where you will find information in greater detail.
Service Animals Appropriately documented guide dogs and animals for assisted therapy are welcome at Snug Harbor Cultural Center. First Aid Visitor Services or Security staff is available to assist with First Aid. In case of emergency, call the Snug Harbor Cultural Center Rangers at 718-816-9691.
