Box Office

Days & Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays - Fridays, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
During productions, box office opens one hour before curtain.

Location:
During weekdays, the box office is located in the Newhouse Art Galleries in the Visitor's Center.
On weekends during a production, the box office is located in the theatre where the production is. See the Site Map for help in locating the box offices in the Visitors Center, VMH Playhouse and Music Hall.

Three ways to order tickets:
1. In person: Just stop by the box office and pay with either cash, credit card or personal check.

2. By phone: Call (718) 815-SNUG (7684) anytime day or night and leave us a message. Messages are checked during office hours.

3. By mail: Fill out order form on brochure. (To get a brochure, please email:
